Unbelievable service the man they sent out from San Antonio. His name was Seth. He did a fantastic job very personable, friendly polite trustful did an exceptional job and came out on Christmas Day. How can you beat that? I know how give that man a raise and this is the first time I’ve ever met him so it’s not like I know him Great job though today I’ve had no problems and if that continues five stars all the way, thanks Roto-Rooter. I appreciate it.

They made it sound like our walls were filled with mold- and diagnosed the issue as cosmetic that the shower would need to be completely renovated—after telling us they couldn’t help the manager called stating if we got our insurance involved he could help us. When the insurance was asking for any documentation they refused to give us any and said he would reach out and talk on our behalf, which was the first red flag. ( mind you the service call just to have the plumber come was 300) we marked them as our plumbers on our insurance and he argued that he wasn’t and use to work for the insurance company. We ended up hiring new plumbers- they charged way less to come out and found the issue quickly getting it fixed same day. We were able to let our insurance know what was going on and how they treated the situation- just in case they had fellow people filling unnecessary claims!

Absolutely great experience. Water in my kitchen sink was not draining and I called home warranty to start a claim. Their technicians came, used a sewer machine and since being unable to unclog it they were quick to drop my claim without a proper inspection but being quick to state that there must be another reason for a clog. So I called few companies, and as the last one- randomly found- but with good reviews- I also called Roto-Rooter. It was Sunday and the appt was scheduled for same day. Technician Darrel came and I could see right away that he was professional- was trying to understand fully what the problem might be. He went outside of the home to find out the direction of the line. Explained how the system works. But what’s most important he was also very transparent. Since I already had another company run a sewer machine without result, but since he couldn’t proceed without that step he offered that I would not be charged for that service if it didn’t provide result- unclog the pipe- which was a very fair deal in my opinion and I went for it and I’m glad I did- as he was able to unclog the pipe right away and without any issue. He proceeded to use a camera to inspect the pipes which were found to be in good condition, and I was given six months warranty. I really appreciated Darrel’s service and I do recommend this company- as based on someone’s attitude alone you can tell much- and in this case I could see there was an understanding, effort, transparency, and results.
