Ian arrived earlier than scheduled, which actually worked out great for us. I called and was able to get a more specific ETA via text. He was polite and professional, took care of the clogged pipe, and answered all our questions. He even offered us a recommendation for a drain cleaner to prevent a repeat of the issue. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to quotes from other companies. I expect to call Drainworks for future issues thanks to their service and reasonable pricing.
