Seems like a great place, used twice. After second trip, I noted several discrepancies that could lead to safety concerns for our pet. (Dogs out unattended, mixture of small/large dogs/breeds together) just seemed like an incident waiting to happen.. lo and behold a concern became reality recently with a local couple. They aren’t even giving them answers. Don’t use this place.

We hate to leave our dogs behind, but sometimes you have to. With that said, I will never hesitate to leave them at Ruff-Inn again!! Amy is INCREDIBLE, and our babies were so well taken care of and happy!! The facility is beautiful, and welcoming. Our little ones had a great time playing, enjoying treats and just generally being spoiled like they are at home! So if you are looking for someplace to treat your dogs right while you are out of town, don't look any further than Ms. Amy and the Ruff-Inn Pet Lodge!!

We are so grateful that we found Amy and Ruff-Inn Pet Lodge! She has always been accommodating and handles my little dog, that is full of anxiety, so well. So happy we have found a wonderful, caring place away from home when we need it!

Hands down the best dog boarding facility around! Amy goes above and beyond, she loves our pups as if they were her own! I can’t say enough good things about her and her passion to run such an amazing business.

Amy does such a great job! My dog loves going to the Ruff Inn and see and play with all her friends. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dog day care where they care about the dogs.
