I've had a small fleet of rental campers (2-3 units) and have been to everyone in the county. This is hands down my favorite RV shop. This team is always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They're skilled and have tackled everything for me over the years, plumbing, electrical, small modifications. I trust them with issues big and small. Eric and Rina run a great shop.

I've been taking my camping trailer to the RV Service Center for a number of years and have been so happy with their work. They always answer my questions honestly and freely give me advice on maintenance and easy repairs. I totally trust them and would recommend them to friends.

The mechanics were absolutely awesome ! Owner/Manager, not so much. It was an all-hands on team effort to fix my various problem—Josiah, Danny and Gil worked as team to get me up and running in a short time. I called to discuss a couple of issues I was having with my RV, and get on the schedule. Raina staid to just bring it in and the would take a look. Instead of placing me on the schedule, they squeeze me that day to diagnose the issues and ordered the parts. During the time I was waiting for the parts, I encountered an additional problem—my slide stopped working. While they replaced the part, they were able to quickly fix my slide. They also took the time to give me a better understanding of the workings of my electrical system. Thank you!

Here's my story. On a Friday afternoon, getting ready to go on a trip. Had to bring in the slide out. It did not work. It failed. It was 4pm Friday. We were promised a tech to come over and fix the RV at my house in Ben Lomond. but the tech could not make it right away. He said he'd come over at 9:pm to fix it. He came over that evening and bt 10pm he figured out a way to make the slide work. So we left for our trip with our RV. It worked fine all week. RV service center was our savior. How many companies would do this for their customers? None. They have done work for us before an they are informative, fair, and the work is done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this shop for your RV needs. Brent King

I had an insurance claim for a roof repair, awning replacement, and body work. They were extremely professional, easy to reach for updates and went above and beyond by allowing me to pick my camper up after hours. The work was great. The roof seems look very well sealed and the body looks like new. HIGHLY recommend them and if I need anything done later, I will be back.
