No signature in my service. I brought in windshield wiper fluid, sitting on top of my seat, CAN’T MISS IT, and the guy adds water to my system. Now I need to worry about hard water clogging things up. There were oil handprints across my hood and side door. Oil was spilled on top of my engine vibration thing that’s next to where you would fill the oil up. Are we not using funnels? My glove box now drops straight down with no assistance. Someone was inside my glove box for no reason. Now I need to get that fixed. Why are people going into my glove box when I am there for an oil change? I said I do not want a replacement. There is no excuse to leave something in a worse condition than finding it. If I am the service manager you need to pull your team in and let them know how to work inside a shop. There is zero care for a clients vehicle.
