Erick did break service on my truck & he’s literally a life saver! Reasonable price, kind and friendly service & everything on time. It’s been hard to find a mechanic and after this service I’m keeping them as my go to first! Thank you!!

I booked a mobile mechanic service and was told at our agreed meeting time of 9:00 am that he’d be 30 minutes late. Erick, the technician arrived at 10:00 am, an hour late with no clear communication. During the service, he took 20–30 phone calls, which made the process feel distracted. He did complete the repair and showed me the part that was broken, and the car is currently running fine. However, during the test drive afterward, he suddenly asked for an additional $200 on top of the quoted price — something we had never agreed to. While he said it was “optional,” raising the price after the work is done is not a good practice. On top of that, he left behind the water bottle I had given him in my car when he departed, which added to the impression of a lack of courtesy. Overall, while the work itself seems solid, the experience was marked by lateness, distractions, and unclear pricing. Punctuality, focus, and transparency are key areas that need improvement.

I can't be thankful enough with Eric (S&A Auto Dianostics)!. He came where i had my truck parked. He was quick to find the issue with my F150 Ford Truck 2013 V6, which was the water pump leaking the coolant. My truck was overheating. He got all the parts needed for the job to be done. He came 2 days after and successfully replaced the non-working water pump for a new one. He also replaced my thermostat at the same time and put all the seals and O rings new to avoid further leaking! The price was reasonable for the hard work this takes. Now my F150 is running great and ready to be back to work. Thank you so much Eric 🙏💪 highly recommended!

Erik has been a breath of fresh air as far as mechanics go. I haven’t been able to trust any mechanic until Erik. He is as honest as they come and the best part is that he is extremely knowledgeable across multiple makes and models of cars.
