Purchased an Edmonton E bike from these guys, battery over amped and fused. They wanted to charge me $25 a tire just to remove the tires even though while maintenance is supposed to be included. Overall attitude sucks. We never shop here or purchase here again.

If you live around LA and ride bikes or wanna purchase them, you must come to this place where you got great selection of bikes and super professional and honest mechanics!!! The owner, Eric will give you the best advice on every occasion and will make sure you’re gonna love your bike more than you did!! Nowadays it’s really hard to find such a bike shop around LA, but you’ll do here!

I bought my bike back in 2020 at this place and ever since I always bring it here for tuneups. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and the most important they honored the pickup time I was promised. Highly recommend Safety Cycle!!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Safety Cycle. I recommend them enough for high end bicycles repairs! When I brought in my 2022 Specialized Turbo Levo to replace the motor, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. It's not every bike shop that handles such specialized work, and I truly appreciated their expertise. After inspecting my bike, I left a deposit and was informed that it would be ready in two weeks. To my surprise, they completed the job in just one week! When I picked it up, my bicycle it was running super smooth, just like a brand new model. They even updated it with the latest software, and I felt completely ready to shred the trails again. Thank you, Safety Cycle, and staff for your exceptional service and professionalism. You guys are the best!
