Eric did an excellent job repairing my master bathroom sink and truly went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, cordial, and took the time to quickly identify and resolve the issue. The repair was done efficiently and correctly, and I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Eric Kiolbassa and the whole team was excellent in helping us out when we were abandoned from a previous contractor. Communication was excellent and effortless. Everyone was on time and the job was finished that very same day. They made true to their promise that it would look like it did before any work was done. Very pleased with their professionalism and work ethic. Thank you.

Eric my service tech was great. He evaluated the issues, explained the process and fixed the issue promptly. He went above and beyond to run and pick up another part that was needed and back in 15 minutes to complete the job!!! I was very happy with his courtesy and professional demeaner

Eric was ultra professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain every step of the installation process, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. His attention to detail and commitment to quality went well beyond what you’d expect from a typical service provider. It’s rare to find someone who takes as much pride in their work as Eric does. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He’s top-notch, and without a doubt deserves a raise for the level of expertise and professionalism he brings to the job. From the very beginning, I knew that my home warranty (Choice)connected me with the company that was meant to help me. Jade, the dispatcher, who I found out had only been there for about one month had such compassion and went above and beyond what I’ve ever come across with customer service. I was completely overwhelmed with so many things that were going on in life with my house that I needed somebody that was truly caring. She asked if I wanted to be put on hold for a moment or if she could call me back and I asked to be called back because I was trying to take my dogs out and they were giving me a very difficult time. She was able to get somebody to come out that same day which was a total blessing for me! Granted, this was Labor Day! I had to return to work the following day. I was unable to take any time off and would not be home until approximately 5:30 PM each day. The gentleman that arrived was not only professional, courteous, compassionate, and kind he put my mind at ease! We talked about our faith, and I knew that there was a reason he came to help me! This was a home warranty claim and he was not able to do any work until he had approval from the warranty company. He waited longer just to see if they would respond. Even though he was unable to get a response from them, he eased my mind with my issue. I was very concerned with my water bill. He said because he was a professional plumber he would be able to help me navigate with SAWS since there was an actual leak. This would help in getting my water bill lowered. He explained that he had helped people previously in the same situation. I received a call this morning that my warranty company would allow him to do the work. I had already told him I trusted him and he said he would help me and he understood that I could not be home until around 5:30 PM. They had to call him specifically and ask if that was OK with him. He showed up right on time and it was like Superman coming to save the day! If anybody crosses paths with Eric Kiolbassa, he is the real deal!
