Amazing company that truly stands by their work and delivers outstanding service. I would absolutely recommend Goettl and plan to use them going forward. I initially had a rocky start with one particular representative, but the Goettl team stepped up and made it right, which says a lot about their integrity as a company. Billy did an outstanding job and made sure my system was safe, fully operational, and gave me real peace of mind. Thank you to management, Josh and Josue, for personally ensuring the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Adrian and Adrian Jr were amazing and professional workers. The two worked very efficiently and explained what they did and what to expect.They also walked us through the installation process and explained what we can do to care for our new unit. They ensured the end result was perfect and even took the time to clean up after they were done. Very knowledgeable duo. I am very glad it was them coming to our home to help us fix our issue. I will 💯 recommend their service.

We had a great experience with Goettl. Our AC unit was having multiple issues, and Jonathan Buhidar was the technician who came out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jonathan replaced our fan motor and capacitor and also found and fixed a leak in the inside unit that had been improperly installed by another company (Radiant) about a year ago. He took the time to explain what was wrong, showed us the issues, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Our AC is running better than it has in a long time. We really appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Goettl and especially Jonathan Buhidar.

Had a leaking hot water heater....found out the heater was 22 yrs old and needed replacing . Gotta responded quickly with a concern and awareness that was notable and not so common anymore. Plumbing crew was VERY professional, courteous, and completed the whole job in one afternoon. Angel Zamora was patient and walked me through all my questions afterwards...excellent clean up...and just made the whole experience pleasant and understandable. I was impressed and highly recommend using Goettl and especially Angel Zamora

After my home warranty company, America Shield (working with Summit AC), failed to help me and my tenants this week, Jesus stepped in and truly saved the day. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ll be canceling my home warranty and working directly with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing from now on. Their reliability and customer care are unmatched. I’m very grateful for Jesus’s honesty and dedication highly recommend!
