This clinic has been wonderful for me since my baby was born 9 months ago. They have been kind the entire time, and I love that they have appointments available so quickly. I switched my other children to this clinic because I really like how we are treated. Dr. Elizabeth Henphill and Nurse Stephanie have always helped me and explained everything very well. What I appreciate most is that they always examine my children thoroughly and provide treatment or refer them to other specialists, and I can see the improvement! The social worker, Tara, has also been very kind and always attentive to me and my children! A clinic like this makes things so much easier and gives us great peace of mind for our family! Thank you for everything!

I transferred records on 10/22/2025 I emailed on 10/28/2025 to follow up on my child’s records. I get an email from Megan (office manager) on 11/4/2025 my child was not accepted. Megan didn’t even have the professionalism to call me and discuss. Overall very unprofessional, I will look further into this and file a complaint with Dora.

The care here has declined, especially on the administrative side. As a military family who recently moved, I requested my children’s medical records from Sapphire to be sent to another pediatrician over two weeks ago so their new pediatrician could continue care after multiple ER visits. Despite repeated calls and emails, I only get acknowledged verbally and keep hearing “we’ll get to it; we will try again tomorrow; we are short staffed.” This delay is unacceptable and puts my child’s care at risk. Parents deserve timely support when it comes to their children’s health.

I have been going here since my 4 year old son was about 18 months, I love the staff and all but there is the front desk lady named Madison who always makes the check in/ check out process so draining. She makes the place feel so unwelcoming, her expressions often come across as unapproachable. The kind of body language and attitude that can make patients hesitant I’ve witness the behavior & not only with the parents of the patients but also even with the children who are patients here…

We love Sapphire pediatrics! The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and everything you’d want in someone caring for your kiddo. We’ve been seen by them since our baby was first born at Rose and im so grateful for their evidence based methods. The front desk staff and MAs are so warm, attentive and accommodating. We’ve been able to be seen for routine well-visits without a problem and even recently multiple times in one week when our baby was very sick. I trust this practice implicitly and am so grateful for their care of our daughter.
