I like how empathetic Doug and Alex have been. I know accommodating things on the fly can disrupt a business, but they were able to move things around for my daughter so she felt more comfortable with trying something new. As she has gotten more familiar with the routine, people and her instrument, they have been helpful in challenging her to move into the band sessions and I am excited to see how she does. My daughter has worked with a number of different teachers and she has liked everyone of them. The culture is very welcoming and supportive and I think the is ideal when it comes to working with kids.
