I’ve been a member here for years and have consistently received great service, particularly from my barber, Quang. I also make it a point to leave a 20% tip on every visit. However, the new trainee receptionist was quite unprofessional today. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait an additional 10 minutes because she failed to check me in properly; it wasn't until I spoke up again that another staff member finally went to get my barber. To make matters worse, while I intended to leave my usual 20% tip, the receptionist charged me a 100% tip instead. She only apologized after I confronted her about the error.

This is a beautiful shop filled with a lot of talented people. Morgan did an amazing job today on my hair, I came in with a man bun and she knocked it out of the park. I would also totally recommend Scotty and Haley as well, they are super cool people and I can't wait to come back.
