My heater went out in the middle of the night Saturday on the coldest day (28!). I called SeaCoast and they had David out here within 30 minutes and got it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional! I’ve been using SeaCoast since 2006 and I have never had any problems with them. Always professional, courteous, and I never have to wait long at all for an appointment.

As usual seacoast did a superb job. On time, professional service provided by Marquez who provided excellent, quality service in a timely manner I am a long time customer of SeaCoast for a reason. They do what they say, they don't play games and to a person; from the people on the phone to the technicians in the field all do a great job.

LOL Jason recommended a UV light because my unit REALLY NEEDED it....he cleaned up my whole unit...installed the light...vacuumed the line...I am SUPER IMPRESSED with everything...AND Jason ALSO cleaned up before finishing! Fast, courteous, and professional. Jason came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem and gave me an honest assessment to either repair or replace the unit. A repair would’ve bought me some time, but the unit was at the end of its life. I chose to go ahead and replace the unit. They were out the very next morning! Felix and his son did an amazing job! Big shout out to the entire Sea Coast family!
