We booked the Grotto as a group, all separate bookings, I had accidently removed the date we wanted and kept the old date in my basket and booked it! So we all turn up (14 of us!) On 21st December 10am... couldnt find my booking, then we realised what had happened. The young lady (I wish I could remember her name!) who was checking everyone in was so kind and helpful, told us not to worry, if we were all going in together and having 1 big group photo it shouldn't be a problem. She came back and confirmed 'santa' was fine with this as he wouldn't like any one to miss out! ... we could not belive it! The service was impeccable 👌🏼 and the presants the children received were amazing... from Monopoly junior, tie-dye kits to mona and horse play sets ! It was amamzing throughout. I will be booking again for christmas 2026! (For the right date this time 😅) Thanks for a great experience 👍

I had a lovely visit to Sefton Meadows with my toddler for the Santa Grotto experience. The whole process was very well organized. The grotto itself was beautifully decorated and festive. Santa was fantastic, really friendly and engaging with my little boy. We received a lovely toy that my toddler absolutely loved and a picture to remember his first Santa visit.

Bought an optic LED Christmas canvas from them in the London ideal Christmas home show. Looking so pretty with decent price and I recommended 2 of my housemates to buy them too (as both of them really liked it)

Honestly I wouldn't give one star I ordered what I thought was a lovely twig tree. Opening it I was horrified. I have spoken via e mail. They take no responsibility but took my money. I am definitely bringing in Trading Standards. So many people have seen this and quite honestly it's a shame they then say I have to pay for it's return. Won't deal with this company again .

I've been to this place many years ago, it's well worth a visit as it has changed so much. If you looking to improve your garden, it's the place to visit. There is so much choice you will be amazed. I left to to long, but it's my go to garden centre. There is an excellent restaurant. Toilets which are always greatly appreciated. The garden plants are fresh and looking healthy, all the garden and patio products difference and stylish. We'll be returning soon.
