When my heater stopped blowing warm air, they sent a technician out the same day to diagnose the issue. Jose was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable—he quickly identified the problem, handled everything efficiently, and took the time to explain it all clearly. They have always provided great service, and this was another excellent experience!

I recently had a failed hot water heater and called my HomeServe Water Heater coverage program emergency contact number and was promptly paired up with a company called Service Experts for this work. I read quite a few reviews of the company online and they were mixed but I noticed that a technician named Brook had a large number of good reviews. I was more then happy to get a call from that very technician "Brook" for the initial call to my home. She was great and explained everything including what would be done and covered and the price which was very fair. She arranged for the new install to be done about 2 days later ASAP and came out and did the install herself and did just a fantastic job - everything was checked, tested and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I was more then pleased with the work done and the technician sent and also the fact that my Contract Warranty Company HomeServe has always paired me with good people and companies for any repairs needed at my home.

Frederick was excellent. He called promptly at 8am to let me know he was on the way and arrived and begin maintenance on the HVAC system. He worked fast and efficiently and was done in no time, explained everything and was out the door. Great service as usual!

Service experts has always given my mother great service, and their employees are so knowledgeable. Tyler Fielding was great. We confirmed the reason they were there, and he explained everything he was going to do and then showed me a light problem and made a suggestion. They were prompt and reliable. I was pleased that my appointment had gotten moved up from later in the day to earlier morning due to no heat. Very pleased.

Don't ever use this company. They are the absolute WORST! It takes over a month to get an appointment and then they cancel on you repeatedly. They don't do what they say they did or what you pay for. My filter wasn't even changed in over a year despite them saying they did. They dont do the services you pay for and it is a fight to speak to a manager because they are never available. Their installs are less than par and a complete nightmare.
