We loved westover plumbing, we have an old house that most of the plumbing hasn’t been updated. We had a very bad clog that caused pressure build up and made one of our drainage pipes burst, we did a temp fix on our own for the burst pipe. However the clog got so far down in our pipes that we couldn’t get it ourselves and any water we that would need draining like our showers, toilets and sinks would end up overflowing out of our basement toilet and flood our basement. We had no way of running any of the water in our house without flooding the basement for 4 days! We called around and explained the issue and the urgency of the situation and we would either get told they had no available for a week or two or get told a outrageous price just for them to come out to look at it. Westover got someone over in 30 minutes! The employees were kind and gave us a upfront price before starting. In an hour and a half the problem was fixed! We will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing problems we have.

Glen and his crew are nothing but the best 2nd time using westover plumber and have responded with in 24 hrs of calling them both jobs done 1 trip in no running around forts always have anything they need on the truck.have been right on time both repaires.well dressed no loud music playing and the best part no one playing on there phones job done qwick and clean when there done..only plumber you need in you contacts simply the best.peter

I cannot overstate how incredible this company is. On a Friday at 2:45 it became apparent that I had 3 tenants with small children that may not have water all weekend because of damage caused by the city to a main pipe. Many plumbers are mentally checked out by late Friday. Glen was referred by the excellent Brandon at Raleigh Electric who assured me I no longer had to worry about a thing once I got them on the job. And he was right. Glen and his crew and their machinery showed up and worked all weekend to coordinate with city and utilities to get the water and sewer restored and keep it that way. He is professional and skilled and prompt and really cared about me feeling like someone had my back and he helped me document everything so I can coordinate with the city to prevent future reoccurring damage. Our area is truly lucky to have them!!
