Unfortunately for us we didn't have a great experience. We called for the $99 drain clearing special. When we continued to have issues a couple of days lager we called back to express our concern, but we were met with rudeness on the phone. Rather than help us try to resolve the issue and understand our issue we were met with defensiveness and a very condescending tone. I'm sure working in this customer service role is met with lots of difficult people, but we felt they were taking their frustrations out on us. Calling and scheduling the initial appointment was easy. Communication leading up to the appointment was good. The plumbers that came to the house were okay, but didn't explain the issue, what they did, and how they "fixed" the issue. Instead we ended up having call another plumber to take care of the clogged drain for a more expensive emergency weekend service. They were much more informative explaining what happened, where the clog took place, and what we could do to prevent it in the future. Unfortunately, you'll be better off spending more to have a better experience elsewhere. We read a lot of the negative reviews on reddit but went for Service Professor hoping to save some money and in the end wasted more time and money because of it.
The installation process took 12 hours and they ruined my carpet in the process. We ended up booking a carpet cleaning after they stated that it would be paid for and I have been waiting for a check now for a month to get reimbursed. I will say I have given them every opportunity to make this right and they have continued to ignore me and honestly it is crazy to spend as much money as we did just to have our carpets ruined.
Had a great experience with Jaylen Branch from service professor! He was very thorough and took his time to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Would recommend! He even had to walk outside to find a vent multiple times in snow and below zero temperatures.
Dylan, who was my first service rep and identified my issue and provided temporary relief for a clogged sewer drain was so kind, and professional. Tom the sales guy was great, honest and ethical and listened to my concerns with cost/budget as we identified a large issue. Sy, and his crew who were in my house 10/11 hours were very respectful, kind, courteous, professional, and VERY hardworking. All individuals were able to explain what they were doing, the process, and answer my questions, even if I presented what may seem like a “dumb” question (I do not speak plumbing fluently)- they were able to explain it to me. After completion they throughly cleaned up, explained the work done, showed pics/videos of the internal sewer fix, etc. 10/10 recommend this company.
Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day this winter. Rich was our technician and he was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he took time to explain all the work he did. I also greatly appreciate that they were able to send someone out so quickly. I highly recommend.
