We’ve been coming to Sharky’s Haircuts for nearly 10 years, and they’ve consistently delivered a wonderful experience for our family. Our kids’ stylist, Mrs. Margo, is warm, kind, and incredibly skilled—she’s handled every request with care over the years, from boys’ cuts in a variety of styles (scissors and clippers) to girls’ cuts and fun add-ons like tinsel, braids, and other styles. What we appreciate most is how attentively she listens. She takes the time to understand what we’re asking for and always follows through beautifully. She’s especially great with younger kids, keeping them calm and making the whole appointment feel easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere at Sharky’s is welcoming every time we walk in, and the staff is consistently professional. We’re grateful to have found a place we can trust year after year, and we highly recommend Sharky’s—especially Mrs. Margo!

We took our 11 month old here for his first haircut and had such an amazing and memorable experience! Our Son’s hair was so long and grown out it was a bittersweet moment for us to finally chop it off. Reagan was so amazing she let mommy and daddy cut the first two pieces and take them home with us as souvenirs. She also took time to brush all his hair out to find out which way it fell, made note of all his cowlicks, and was very kind and patient with him. He was so calm and curious we were so relieved he had a good experience. They also took before and after photos and let us take that home. They gave us a first haircut certificate and lots of lollipops to take home. It was just overall such an amazing experience and we will continue to go there for future haircuts.

About a month ago my son came for mullet with a fade. The hair stylist did her best but could not do this type of haircut. Instead we received a standards boy haircut. I went home and showed my husband and a called back to tell them we were unhappy with cut. Two young ladies at front, one who was nice and reasonable (tan complextion) asked we wanted to comeback and correct it either with the same stylist or different one. We came back and sat with the same stylist, this time she took too much off and proceeded to cut his hair into a blow out or fohwalk. We even came with pictures this time around with what we wanted. Well the stylist really screwed up his hair. She was very nice through out and tried her best. Best customer service from her even though we didn’t get what we wanted. The second front desk girl or manger was rude, in capable of reason, antagonistic, gaslighting like crazy. She finally asked what I wanted and I requested my money back. She preferred to argue and listen to respond rather than listen to understand. She even stormed off saying I can’t handle this. I’m 7 months pregnant so I should not be arguing like this with very inexperienced manager or front desk.( light complexion front desk and lite eyes very unprofessional attire). I received my money back and another hair stylist came over to me and reassured me and calmed me down after being attacked rather than heard. Hairstylist are great for typical haircuts and professional but don’t ask for anything fancy. Front desk can use some professional etiquette training. We won’t be back.

We took our baby boy to get his first haircut. As new parents to an energetic 1 year old we were very nervous but had heard good things about Sharkey’s. We arrived and were greeted immediately and checked in. We loved that there was an area for smaller kids to watch tv and an area for bigger kids to play games while they got their hair cuts. After a short wait we were able to pick out any car for him to sit in. He loved the Spider-Man car and the toy he got kept him entertained during the entire haircut. Alyssa did a great job cutting his hair even though he wanted to climb and grab everything. We are very pleased with the service at Sharkey’s and will definitely return.

If you need a little kids haircut GO HERE!! Kassandra was our daughter’s hairstylist and she did an amazing job. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left she made our daughter feel like a princess. It was her first haircut and she was so gentle and took her time. It was better than what we expected most definitely. Pictures do not do justice!! Our daughter’s hair came out amazing and they even put glitter on her hair as well giving a whole magical experience!! Super affordable and a beautiful environment!! Thanks Kassandra!! We will be back!!
