FYI LONG POST: If I could give this company zero stars from my experience I would. Absolutely the worst service I had in 15 years. Shattalon received my car from Frank Meyers the week of January 14th. I just received my vehicle last month in July, a whole 6 months later. They misdiagnosed my car after being told that it was the transmission from Frank Meyers. The only reason why Shattalon had my car because I was told they would be able to look and repair my car sooner than the 5 weeks I was told from Frank Meyers. Derek and Robert both told me it was the clutch actuator when it was the transmission that was covered through my warranty the whole time. Throughout this ordeal I experienced poor communication customer service very rude and nonchalant behavior about my concerns. I experienced this both from Robert and Derek. It took them about 2 weeks after receiving my car just to call the warranty company. When I last spoke with Derek he was the one that told me he needed to call them. Instead of doing just that he went on vacation the next week without contacting the warranty company. Robert being alone to handle the phones or the shop altogether felt like he couldn’t take the time to call them because they were busy. I was a customer as well who needed my vehicle and didn’t understand why I wasn’t handled as such.. I got swindled out of $2500 and guess what my vehicle is still not fixed. When I asked Robert about it he said that it was fine and he had drove my car himself about 8 miles although my odometer states otherwise. I don’t understand how he didn’t noticed the problem and I knew instantly. He did offer for me to bring it back but for what??? He knew when he test drove the vehicle that it wasn’t right. Told me himself that he drove about 45mph in it so you definitely would’ve heard the sound that I did at just 25mph. If they were the last shop in this area or in the world I’ll be in the best shape because I would rather walk than to deal with them. Oh yea I had to get another vehicle during this time because I didn’t get a loaner vehicle for the amount of time my car was gone to keep employment. Not saying it’s their responsibility but a little urgency about fixing the problem and being right about the issue would’ve been nice. I have recorded calls and video to support everything I am saying.

Shattalon Tire has cared for my cars for the last 30 years. They are great to deal with and they continue to give excellent service. I usually work on my own cars, but when it comes to things I don't want to repair, this is the place! I've bought my tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes and engine repairs for 8 different vehicles to them and they continue to do excellent work and I couldn't be happier with their friendly and knowledgeable service. They are honest, reasonable with their pricing for work and tires and this is the place I recommend to my friends as the ONLY place to go for car care. Don't bother going anywhere else. This is THE place to take your car for professional care by employees who will give you straight advice and get you back on the road!

Had a 8:30am appointment and took almost 4 hours to change 2 front tires and front end alignment. Did not touch the truck until 10am. Witnessed the tire changer knock over my front dually wheel/tire on the concrete floor face down severely damaging the gloss black finish on the wheel face. I had to approach management about what I saw and tire changer wasn't going to tell anyone about it. Company states they will have the wheel face repaired and repainted per my schedule. This has been the worst service I've ever had in the last 32 years.

Great bunch of folks to do business with. From Derek, Robert, Chris and Carl they can get you fixed up. Best asset is Javier. Expert tire guy. Smiles, very friendly and takes great care of the customers vehicles when moving them. Javier is a true perfectionist. I trust all of these guys!!! Give them a try!
