It is very sad that I feel I need to be a whistle blower concerning this company. I began using over a year ago. The cleaners I had at that time were wonderful. After a year full of surgeries I call them again in November and book for December. November I asked for a deep clean and the 3 girls freaked at how dirty my home was. I have been unable to clean and the sole purpose of a deep clean is TO CLEAN THE DIRT. Unfortunately, I took pictures to show the owner the dirt left on my walls,windows etc. He was very nice and told me that the girls worked really hard. I agree, Yes they did they just dont know how to clean. $450.00 plus tip for all 3 cleaners. No I wasnt told they would come back. I wasnt given a discount. But the owner did apologize. He trust Rokia to handle the business. Yes I have pets and there was alot of hidden hair. The truth of the matter is the cleaners aren't versed in cleaning techniques. Prices are not set they are based on how much you use them and frankly if they like you. I am not hard to get along with I just expect the job done. I decided ok maybe the house was too dirty let's give them another chance. So I keep the appointment for December. I was scheduled a month out for a Christmas clean on the 19th and they blew me off on the same day. Lol! This is the second occasion this company told me Cleaners in an accident but they are fine. They continued yesterday with; Gone to hospital, waiting to find out if they will be able to work on Monday. We are working on a schedule to get everyones home cleaned.The rest of yesterday nothing. Today I recieve automatic thank you for letting them clean my home. I text owner I wasn't serviced. Today I received a message that they couldn't service me. Their cleaners were on vacation and the ones coming to my home were not able to work. Like I said 2nd time they told me there was an accident on a different occasion. What legitimate home cleaners take vacations during the busiest month of the year? Remember he trust Rokia to handle the business. Owner is always out of the country. Interesting?? Taking care of your clients should be first and foremost when you run a business. If they had to come at 6pm they should have made it happen. If they had to work on Saturday they should have made it happen. And everyone knows they could have. Where they just not wanting to tackle my home? Was it unprofessionalism to get even for complaining about the cleaning techniques they don't possess. The deep cleaning should have made them very comfortable to come back. Since its been less than 30 days. I have fired them. Will never use again. And I'd think twice before calling them. Best of luck if you do. I suspect this is a short term establishment to say the least.

Their team came today for a deep cleaning and I didn’t even receive a standard cleaning as evidenced by the pics. I wasn’t home when they finished up (deep clean done in 2.5 hours) but was truly disappointed when I saw the result. The ladies were very pleasant and the scheduler was apologetic and offered to have them come back tomorrow. I will try a different company and hope for better quality in the work.

Great experience from beginning to end. We were turning over a rental property during a heat wave. The air conditioning went out and we reached out to them to move the cleaning twice and both times they were understanding and willing to accommodate our schedule. When we couldn’t get the ac running in time to get it cleaned they came anyway and did an AMAZING job. The house and appliances look brand new. My wood floors are gleaming! It couldn’t have been easy but the crew was thorough and went above and beyond what I expected even with the heat. I’m so impressed.

Excellent service for cleaning my home! This is the best cleaning service I ever used!! From the moment I called for a quote to the last minute in needing an extra service, they were very accommodating. Hicham even helped me find someone to remove a lot of unwanted stuff in my home. Everyone was professional and they did an amazing job. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who needs any cleaning service. Also very prompt with responding to my texts. A+++ all around.

Smart Touch Cleaning does a fantastic job. They are a very reliable and trustworthy company. I am always so happy to come back home after they clean my apartment because they make everything look impeccably clean. I have used other cleaning services in the area, but I believe that Smart Touch is the very best. Highly recommend them!
