From start to finish, superb service! When I called, they worked with me to get me in before the holidays! Jackie came and did an amazing job cleaning. Not only was she so sweet and kind, she did amazing work. Fantastic service. Not sure what I expected as this was my first time using a service like this by my expectations were blown out of the water! Fantastic!!

The results from having Brumfield clean for us has been excellent. Having Gina be our regular cleaner is perfect. We are getting to know one another and she is willing to do more than I considered. She is a hard worker with a great personality showing kindness and respect. This is everything we had hoped for.

Brumfield goes above and beyond!!! I had used a cleaning service a little over a year ago and was so unhappy with their work that I was hesitant to try again. I placed a call with Brumfield and talked with Candace the owner and she was so friendly and accommodating in meeting my needs. She was quick to reply to all my questions. Once Candace heard about my displeasure with the previous company she let me know that if I wasn't happy they would come back out and clean again to my satisfaction. So let me tell you about my experience with Brumfield.....Shila was my cleaner and she was beyond exceptional. My Dad's apartment wasn't the cleanest. He's elderly and doesn't see well. Shila had her hands full with cleaning his place. She spent close to 5 hours cleaning and she reached out to me to let me know she was leaving my Dad's place and was there anything else I needed her to do. I thanked her for what she did. After I got off from work I went to my Dad's place and it was spotless and smelled so good. My Dad was in the hospital during this time and when I brought him home a week later he was very pleased and kept going on and on about how clean it looked. I've wrote a book so I'll stop but Brumfield is my place for future cleaning.Try them you won't regret it !!!

We asked Brumfield to deep clean my elderly uncle's home after a long period of illness and hospital stays. They. Are. Fantastic. Candace, the owner, was so accommodating and compassionate to his needs and even graciously rescheduled when a trip to the ER for him caused us to postpone the cleaning. Wendy did an AMAZING job on what is an older home and very lived in. The floors looked like new and the bathrooms literally sparkled. And, no dust! On top of that, the services are very reasonably priced. We happily and highly recommend Candace and her team.

I'm so impressed with this company! The scheduling process was very seamless and quick. Today, Kristen and Destiny serviced my new home. New construction homes are always full of dust, etc. My house now feels like a HOME! It's perfect. They both were very efficient and thorough. Kristen also provided tips on getting any residual dust from the floors. They are highly recommended! I will definitely rebook.
