Elite service since day 1! We had an issue with not having an option in setting and they literally showed up a few hours after I reached out to them. Joseph came by and fixed the issue with a few settings and was in and out so fast. They are very accommodating, professional, kind and quick to resolve any issue you may have. 10/10 recommend!! I woke up at 5:30 in the morning to my son telling me the toilet won't flush. So I got the plunger and went to town thinking I could get it to go down whatever it might be. Well 2 hours later and still not getting anywhere. By this time I threw in the towel and started making phone calls. I called Snyder and loved the call out price. So I set up a appointment for the afternoon. Cameron was my tech that came out. He explained everything in detail to me and went over different pricing for different things that could happen. He did everything to keep the price as low as possible. He was very respectful and easy to talk to. This company will definitely will be getting my services again if I need them.

We had Snyder HVAC come out today for our semi-annual maintenance. I must say that Lindsey, the technician who came out, did the best inspection that we've ever had. We own multiple places in another state and no one has ever did the type of job that she did. She was awesome. She explained everything very well and did a very thorough check. I would highly recommend her.

At first, I was having a terrible experience, my original tech was a no call no show. However, the manager of this company took care of us with no hesitation and made sure someone was there on site the very next morning. Shout out to our technician George V. for coming out to us during a last minute call. He was super warm, kind and very professional. He got our electrical job done beautifully. He even had to run out to the store to grab extra supplies, but he didn't make it a big deal. He was there & back in a timely manner and again, everything looks great. Very thankful for this team.
