AJ was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. He explained everything to me and gave me three quotes. And he was patient and allowed me to choose which plan to go with. Thus company has been great for me and I highly recommend them. Most of all, I called them after 100 pm. The lady told me that she could have a plumber to me between 200 pm and 600 pm. He did arrive early and took less time than he told me it would take.

Phenomenal First Experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The lovely lady in the office was so patient and accommodating for me with my work schedule and some issues that were discovered prior. The tech arrived on time. Was friendly and thorough. He explained everything to us, what was needed, etc. and gave us options. Great experience.

Five stars for service, which was excellent. One star for the pricing. I bought a beautifully designed Forious faucet and needed it installed in my kitchen.My a/c company recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Stuart. They sent John Dunn, who did an excellent job. He also spent a few minutes answering my questions on replacing my 10-year wate heater.. After I heard all the permissions you neeed and the beaucracy you have to satisfy I decided to wait. My water heater was running fine so far. Then John told me about the charge: $485 , which he said was 15 percent lower because of my military service. John does not set the prices BF does. Two weks later I got another bill for $95. It explained what had to be done to replace the wate heater, everything I already knew because of John's explanation. I assume the charge was for John's explanation. because it was a bii. Before I wrote this review I looked at my old reviews . To my surprise there was a 5-star review for a plumber I hired a few years ago, which I had totally forgotten. In the review I even thanked this plumber for charging me fairly. My wife earns $15 an hour. When she got home fromwork I told her she should have been a plumber.

Chris Stover did an outstanding job installing our water heater. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful of our home. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done perfectly. What really stood out was that Chris truly went above and beyond—he didn’t rush, double-checked his work, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. On top of that, he was a great guy to work with: friendly, honest, and punctual.
