Went in for a repair for a laptop SSD failure. Alistair was very helpful, giving clear and knowledgeable advice. The work was done same-day at a reasonable price and professionally.

Really helpful. Phone screen (Pixel 7 Pro) died and they replaced it plus glued on a UV protector. Reasonably priced and excellent support.

Awful customer service. I went in on a Wednesday asking for a fix on my laptop as the fan was broken. I was told that the part would be in by Friday. I called on Friday to double check and they said they were having an issue with their supplier, so they would chase it up and get back to me. After hearing nothing back for a few days I called again a week after my initial visit and was told the same thing and once again they did not get back to me. I decided to wait a while because I know that these things can take time to arrive. Today I went into the shop, it’s been about 2 to 3 weeks since my first visit and I was told that they haven’t been able to get the part needed for my laptop and that I should try somewhere else. I feel utterly disappointed with this experience, instead of calling me and letting me know that they were unable to source the part they only told me when I went into the shop. This is unacceptable customer service especially for a laptop, which I need for university work and which most people need for everyday work as well. I would think that they understand this urgency but instead they left me waiting. I am so disappointed. If they had told me this was the case earlier my laptop would have been fixed.
