Large store with a great variety. Most booths are tight so not a huge selection of furniture, mostly smalls, gifts, collectables and decor. Worth a trip!
What a fun shopping experience! So many booths full of fun and fascinating items. Just when you think you've seen them all, there's another corner to turn and even more booths. Friendly staff as well.
This place was amazing. The staff was nice, the different booths had so much different stuff and it was kind of fun getting lost in the maze 😀 I was impressed with 3 booths from Randy and Kevin. They had some amazing items and plenty to through. Wr ended up buying a few items and then some. Can't wait to go back to look through the treasures. 💰🏴☠️🪙
I am so disappointed to end a years long friendship with one of my favorite antique shops. After my experience there today I will never again step foot near such a proudly racist establishment. Like usual, I go along on my thrift trip only to come across an incredibly racist statue with my mom of a black man with ropes surrounding him, hunched over, carrying glass to put candles or whatnot in. I have seen and hidden this figure several times, as it was displayed proudly and I thought it was gross, only to come back and see it in the same spot every time. Three strikes and you’re out. When my mother confronted the staff, they were unapologetic. I decided already that I would not be buying again, but for old times sake, decided I would do one final trip. However, once I was in a booth near them, I could hear the old woman talking about how I must be so worked up because of a 10% discount. Completely glossing over the fact I have happily spent hundreds of dollars without a discount there, instead of recognizing it was their causal indifference to such a disgusting and blatant act of racism. I do not tolerate such nonsense from anyone, and if you are a person of color or someone with empathy, I recommend keeping your wallet closed and walking past this store.
I am truly disheartened to write this because we’ve been literally shopping here for years as part of my girls and I monthly thrift shopping. Today I saw a horrific statue of an enslaved black man with ropes around his neck. This booth has also had confederate flag paraphernalia in the past. I took it to the front and asked them if they were aware they were selling racist stuff. It was a woman with long brown hair at the register who showed zero concern and just took it from me saying, “there’s over 150 vendors here.” The old lady that packages your items popped up saying, “we just work here.” But again lacking the care of people with basic morals and ethics. I responded that regardless we can’t be quiet and complicit in racism. I asked to speak to the manager (might as well embrace this name) and decided to patiently walk the store. While in a booth near them, the two women said that we “were acting weird today and they don’t know what’s wrong with us….uh we don’t support racism? Duh? The old lady theorized that it was because we didn’t get a bigger discount on a couple of items. Guessing anything but accountability and truth. My oldest daughter (20) walked up to them after hearing all this and said they can return the items we had on hold, that she won’t give money to a business that supports racism. As I walked by I said,” this is not about a discount. Please do not undermine the issue.” The old lady quipped that we wanted people to give up their livelihoods….you have 150 vendors selling all kinds of items. I said, “if your livelihood depends on racism that’s pathetic” and she said, “well I guess we are pathetic” No more peacefully coexisting with racism and hate while those same people claim to be Christians or good people. Your life is a testimony of your beliefs and what you allow. Do good.
