Celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday here and if I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was sweet attentive and the food was so perfect and cute. The entire building was so darling. This was my first time having tea and I already want to go back. The tea room was everything I imagined for my little girl. They even made my daughter a cake and gave her a gift. We really felt like a part of the family. They helped me make a custom menu to meet our needs with the kids. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. I can't wait to come visit again. I'll never forget my sweet girls birthday here it was perfect.

I went there for a private Christmas Tea. Everyone loved it! Although I am a Type 2 diabetic, I also enjoyed it. (Although I couldn't eat as much.) Several ladies were able to take home all that was served to us! Because they were so nice to us I recommend this place! It was an excellent choice for our group to gather!

Such a cute place! The coffee, hot chocolate, and scones were really yummy! The kids craft area is too cute. High tea area is cozy! Items for sale are fun and or practical. Owner was very warm and inviting. The staff was friendly. Bought some tea samples to go! 10/10 recommend. We will be back for tea and crafts !

My girlfriends and I had a lovely experience at the tea room yesterday. We had just visited the Gene Stratton Porter house nearby and wanted a bite to eat before heading home. The soup and scones were delicious and the service excellent. What a delightful time! So glad we stopped.

A friend and I were fortunate enough to stop by here on a road trip and we had no idea what a lovely treat we were in for! We were greeted warmly by Ryan when we entered into a small shop full of lovely goods like tea, ceramics, candles, and many other lovely things that tickled us to walk amongst, point at, and say “Look at this, look at that!!” We walked through the spacious and very wheelchair accessible sitting room to the tea and coffee bar and I cannot stress how beautiful and cozy the sitting areas were. The music playing was the warmest loveliest vibe as well. Ryans service was amazing. She is truly a treasure and made our experience so comfortable and relaxing, not to mention made us 3 of the most delicious tasting coffees, and 2 different kinds of scones. She was an absolute delight!! We ordered an extra coffee for the road before we left just because. 🥰 We plan in the future to be back to enjoy the lovely atmosphere, and want to thank Ryan for her great service, and Sower House for the most perfect start to our morning. 💖
