Souzan is incredibly sweet, professional, and knowledgeable, and she takes the time to explain everything in detail. The spa itself is spotless and welcoming, with a calm and relaxing ambiance. There’s never any rushing or waiting, which I really appreciate. Excellent service overall, very human-centered and friendly, and the new laser machine is both super gentle and highly effective.
