Spoiled is the absolute best! Great customer service and amazing outcome. It is my first time trying laser hair removal and I felt so taken care of! Highly recommend. My laser technician was Zeejay and she was amazing!

Very unhappy with the results after a year of very expensive services and no effort to try and remedy the situation other than trying to get me to pay for another year. Comments they have made to me during sessions make it seem like they keep the settings turned down too low until later in treatment so you only start seeing a little results at the end. Although results are going to be individualized, I was told at sign up that they expected one year should achieve the desired results. When my year finished and I expressed that I was very far from the desired outcome, the guy told me that laser "always takes 2 years for everyone. You can Google it". If that were true, then that means they knew that when I started but told me otherwise to induce me to sign up. However, lots of internet research indicates this isn't true. I have a place I used to only trim because any type of hair removal caused way too much ingrown hair but I thought laser removal would be ok. I do have one weird patch that worked. So now it will look weird if I don't shave so I've spent a ton of money to be in a far worse situation than when I started and have more work. The technicians are friendly and professional but the sales tactics with misrepresentation are horrible. The only response to my concerns was blank stares and offers to talk to the salesman again, with no effort to even offer any accommodation or compromise to create a satisfied customer. Now I'm just worse off than I started and I paid for a year of service and time on visits for nothing.

This was my first time visiting Spoiled and I went in for a few laser hair removal treatments. The staff is so friendly and so knowledgeable! I was extremely comfortable getting my different areas lasered. The office is beautiful and clean as well. Great value and prices for what I needed in the different areas that I wanted hair removal on they have the newest technology of machines and the process didn’t hurt one bit. I’ve had laser hair removal before and I’ve definitely been in pain and this was extremely seamless and easy. I think I made a really great choice by coming here.
