My disabled brother called asking for availability since we’re on a vegas trip and he got treated horribly and got hung up on for not being able to word what he was trying to say. i understand it’s hard to understand but they had absolutely no patience with him and immediately raised their voice at him they called him “ridiculous “ and hung up on him.
