Squeegee detail is amazing! Great communication, price and results. I bought the silver package as a gift for my man’s truck. After it was completed, he texted me, “ Truck looks brand new again.” So we will definitely be returning for my car this time lol. Also, they came to OUR house!! Amazing!!

Quick, affordable service with great responsiveness. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within one day of my inquiry, and the cleaning was completed within 48 hours. They were also the most competitively priced option I found. That said, the cleaning wasn’t the most thorough, so it’s important to manage expectations - while the price is lower, the quality isn’t quite on par with companies that charge significantly more. Still, for a quick clean, the savings were worth it to me. After the initial visit, there was a small hiccup with the baseboards being missed. However, once I notified Squeegee Maids, they promptly returned to address the oversight. I really appreciated their willingness to make it right.

I contacted Squeegee detail and explained that I was looking to have paint swirling corrected on my Porsche Panamera prior to ceramic coating the vehicle (which I do myself.) I sent pictures of the vehicle for them to evaluate the required service and paint condition and was sent a quote which was reasonable. Booking was a breeze through texting which was convenient as I am usually unable to call during normal business hours due to my work schedule. On the day of the service I reiterated with Squeegee detail to please let me know if more than the scheduled two stage paint correction was needed to remove the swirling as it was significant in some areas to which I was told “absolutely.” I was at work on the day this service was done but a family member who is very familiar with paint care and knew what I was looking for was present to again explain what I was looking for prior to the service. The tech took about 5 hours to complete the paint correction. When inspected by my family member it was noted that significant swirling was still present and discussed with the tech that this is not the service that was requested. The tech then stated that a wet sanding of the paint would be need to be scheduled and that they were satisfied that “85% of the swirling has been corrected as promised with our 2 stage paint correction.” The technician advised that the main office be contacted to discuss the service and left to his next appointment. I contacted the main office and explained that the service was not satisfactory, reminding them of my request to contact me if a further service was needed to correct the paint. I sent pictures and received a phone call shortly after to discuss my concerns. I was told that the 85% swirl removal had been met and that a wet sanding of the paint would be needed per the technician. I noted that this was not correct as the clear coat/paint on my Panamera had plenty of depth to perform a deeper cut when the paint correction was performed as I had measured it prior to and after the service with a paint depth meter. I also noted during this call that neither a detailing light or paint depth meter was used during this service by the tech which itself was concerning as it cannot be determined how deep you can go unless you measure first or accidentally go to deep when cutting. After some back and forth discussion I was told “most people see the before and after service and are happy to see the difference as it is good enough.” The conversation ended shortly after with “it seems we have a difference in expectations for this service and we fulfilled the service scheduled but can schedule another service if you would like further paint correction done.” After this phone call I inspected further and discovered that the headlights which had just had lens correction done now also had swirling. Pictures were sent & I was offered a $20 discount + a $40 gift card. I have not pushed this further as I fully explained on the phone my concern and was told multiple times that I had received this service. I have paid for the service with the $20 discount but would like others to be aware of the level of service that can be expected. I am an amateur detailer but requested this service to save myself time and hoped to have it done better than what I could do myself which unfortunately not the case. Please refer to the attached pictures of after the service for examples. I would like to note that during all interactions Squeegee Detail was courteous and respectful.

I don’t normally post reviews, but the team at Squeegee Car Detailing did such a phenomenal job, it’s worth taking the time to share. Not only was it easy to schedule, but they also excelled in their communication and setting expectations. Fortunately in my case, they underpromised and over delivered. They successfully removed the oxidized film on my headlights and were able to buff out the majority of the scuffs along my car. Not only was I impressed after they finished, but so were my friends who were there when it was done and each made plans to have their cars detailed after seeing the results. So friendly and professional. I can’t share enough positive remarks. Call them. You won’t regret it.

Danny came to my house and made my 2017 car look like a brand new car from the dealership. He was also able to buff a few scratches. I did the gold package, and he spent almost 2 and 1/2 hours making the car look like a brand new car! He's also very friendly and I enjoyed having conversation with him
