Ezra (name on receipt) 1/12 at roughly 11:15pm Ezra was friendly, professional, and careful with my vehicle when pre soaking. Ezra is the first person to pre soak the passenger side (others usually only do driver side) in 8+ years that’s I’ve been going to any Washman. Keep it up!!

i live across the street my dad just passed away 2 weeks ago. i inherited his car. i have spen't hundreds over the years at t this neighborhood car wash they go through so many employees. yesterday i was in a hurry i asked if i could come back and vacuum they says no problem. super nice!! i have my receipt go back today and just checking in letting them know here's my receipt and they said no i could not vacuum, that corporate is complaining well corporate some to see my receipt and realized that i paid to vacuum so why are they denying me I'm pissed. lost a customer and I'm still going to go vacuum.

Everyone is always very friendly. They put up with silly people and are professional and nice about it. Team member Alex always has a smile and something nice to say. Great way to end my day and drive home with clean car. Thanks guys!

This washmans location sucks. Worst car wash company in Portland. First off the workers are lazy. They don’t even pressure wash the car just the ground for 2 seconds so they can say they did something. They stare at their phones the entire time. They don’t put tape on your back wiper at all like the other locations do. The workers have 0 customer service and are rude and disrespectful. They will scratch your paint and won’t even apologize. They will up charge your credit card. If you request a base wash they will upcharge you to a higher wash without your consent.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! THANK YOU JAMES! This is the best carwash is Portland hands down! It's always immaculate, ALL of the staff are outstanding and helpful. I have to recognize James here especially for going out of his way to help an older disabled American who forgets things due to a severe TBI and a recent stroke. James makes things a lot easier for me when I'm a little confused and I need a little help. The entire staff are great. Best vacuums you've ever used! Thanks Washman and James!
