First time having my car serviced in Minnesota since moving and had a great experience. Blane talked through everything and had the technician show me what needed to be done on my car and why. I never felt in the dark about what was being done and they were honest about cost and any alternative options if applicable. Would highly recommend

I usually never post reviews so this is one of my experience at this specific location. I scheduled a appointment to get my Alignment fixed on 12/4. Went in at 11 and talked to JB and told him about my issue and around 12, Blane the Store Manager called me over to check on the issues with my car. He pointed out my front passenger tie rod was slightly bent (Hit a curb) and also had a coolant leak. He was very thorough about the concerns and I told him I would come back tomorrow after getting my new tires installed. Showed up around 8 in the morning to drop off my car and got a ride home on them through Lyft (This was a shocker to me cause I didnt know they offer that!). Around 3:30PM I got a call to go pick up my car and met Blane at the counter as he showed me what they had diagnosed on my car (Everything was out of place) and what they were able to fix after. With my Alignment fixed and Tie Rod repaired I drove home and my car felt like it was brand new. It was Smooth and was great to have my car feeling like it should again. Highly recommend this place. They will help you and will discuss the issues with your car as well as give you a estimated total of the repair will be and are open minded about whether you want the repair there or not. So thank you St Paul Automotive! P.S. - I drive past this auto shop all the time and never thought once to schedule my appointment there. And although they are busy with other customers Blane was able to squeeze me in. So shout out to Blane!

I have had everything from an oil change to major repairs done here and I am always pleased with the excellent service they provide and the work they do. They are very transparent about estimates and what’s urgent to repair and what’s not. They even provide rides if you aren’t able to wait. They always go above and beyond and I always have a good experience.

I have had a decent amount of service done on both of the vehicles in our household. The team here is always super responsive, helpful, and fair. They make it easy to approve or decline repairs with no pressure to do anything unnecessary. I'll continue to recommend St. Paul Automotive to everyone I know!

I made my appointment online for my Rav 4 hybrid 2019 the night before drop my car off at night. I received two phone calls checking in during the appointment. They checked on Carfax the last time, the filters were replaced let me know and I decided whether or not I wanted to replace them. My car was done mid afternoon. The communication was fantastic. I did receive a coupon in the mail which I forgot to bring along, but they honored it in person. Everyone in the shop was very pleasant in a good mood and kind they followed up with me a couple days later to see if I was happy with anything or had any questions. St. Paul Automotive has excellent Customer service and my car seems to be running great! I would definitely recommend and I will be back!
