I wanted to take a moment to write a review for Steve's Computer Repair. For whatever reason, Google Chrome would not open on my desktop PC. I've tried everything to get it resolved on my own, but to no avail. I've called Steve's and they were really professional as well as incredibly cheerful. I've made an appointment for a technician to do an on-site repair for the following afternoon. However, for whatever reason, Chrome started working on its own. When I've called Steve's to cancel my scheduled appointment, they were really courteous about this and I did mention that I would definitely keep their number in case I should need PC repair in the future. EXCELLENT Service, with super Professional and very Polite personell!

Go to Steve’s Computer Repair! I started having issues with my laptop and read good reviews here so I gave them a call. John talked me through possible issues, gave me a fair price and best and worse case scenario. I decided to bring it in the next day and got to meet John in person. This guy knows hardware and computers! So knowledgeable- very honest and helped me weigh my options. He gave prices for possible fixes and had computer parts handy to teach me what was going on and what he’d be looking for- very interesting stuff! No pressure to hand it over either- in the end it seemed my laptop was reaching its limit so he went over things to look for when getting a new one so I’ll get the best one for my money. I so appreciate that and know how hard it is to find honesty and knowledge in this business. Don’t go anywhere else- this is it!!

I have been up here 2 or 3 times now for service and or questions. I can not give these guys enough praise. They are very much so detail oriented, and they do see a job through completely. I had to drop my big boy PC of the other day with some pretty serious issues going on. Told them all they wanted to know, walked out knowing it's going to get done right. If you're not bringing you stuff to Steves for repairs, well you're not getting the best service. I don't care if you built your PC like I did if you have something you can not nail down, just bring it here. Fairly priced for the quality of work that they give out. Friendly staff, and most importantly an owner who cares about his stores reputation and put out quality.

Working with Steve’s Computer Repair has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. Steve, along with Jonathan, Vincent, and Rick, made the entire process of building my new gaming rig completely stress-free. Even before I was officially a customer, they took the time to answer my calls and walk me through potential upgrades, explaining compatibility and measurements in plain language. Honestly, without their guidance, I probably would have ordered the wrong parts. That kind of patience and attention, even before they knew I’d be bringing in a full build, says everything about how they run their business. When we did move forward, the build itself was done with incredible care, neat cables, smart cooling, everything arranged perfectly. And when the motherboard turned out to be defective straight out of the box, Steve and his team contacted me promptly with clear photos and a detailed explanation, so I could obtain a return quickly. They didn’t just hand me a problem; they provided me with all the information I needed to fix it quickly. Throughout the process, every question I had, and I had plenty, was answered with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Steve and his team treat you like a person, not just another ticket. Thanks to them, I now have a system that runs beautifully, and the peace of mind knowing it was built right. If you’re thinking about a repair, an upgrade, or a brand-new build, this is the team you want on your side. Five stars, absolutely. (And yes, the case still has an iBUYPOWER logo on it — that’s the about only piece of my old build I kept. Call it nostalgia… or just my rig’s dirty little secret.)
