This place is 100% a scam Came here because I needed a battery replacement upon walking in I should’ve trusted my gut. Place reeked of ammonia and weed. Get told it’s $129 for a battery replacement and I say okay. 18 minutes later the guy comes out, very fidgety and says it’s now $142. I ask why the up charge and he says it’s always been that way. I ask for a military discount because I’m active and he says he already gave me the discount. My battery works even worse than before and now my screen resolution is all blurry now. Not to mention my phone randomly opens apps and calls people now. Completely ruined my phone so I had to buy a new one. Please save yourselves and just go to geeksquad or an Apple Store.

Took my Samsung S23 Ultra in be cause it wasn't working. I was told it was the battery. I told them that I keep track of my battery and it was at 94%. They changed the battery and it still didn't work after 3 days. Then they said it was the wireless charger. Phone still didn't work! Long story short, 1 month later, after I kept going over and checking on my phone they said it was the CPU. They would not call me, I kept going and calling. Finally they tell me it's irreparable. I go to pick it up and they tell me it's working but needs to be charged and give me a bill for $120. I get home and it won't charge and they won't answer. Worst place to go in San Antonio!
