Was able to book same day on a Sunday. From dispatch to appointment the customer service was outstanding. Finally after living in our home for 20 plus years a plumber took the time to explain why our water valves weee failing so often. Calcium! We could tell this plumber cared about us and not just about getting paid. Jeramy Thomason was amazing! 100 plus stars for caring and explaining how we can prevent this cycle of valve failure.

Jeremy my plumber was awesome! He explained in detail the options on my shower valve and washer pipe fixture’s where I could understand. Excellent service, very respectful, and fast at getting the job done. He came immediately on an after hours on-call and I appreciated that. I would recommend this company and him to many. I chose Steve’s Plumbing because I see the van mostly everyday in Waianae and knew they must do great service and…he proved it. Very satisfied customer. Thank you Jeremy.

Kerry Rosas provided us with an estimate on a Friday to replace our old water heater. And he observed that our shut off valve and supply lines were old and should be replaced as well. I made an appointment for Monday morning which gave me time to notify neighbors in our condo building about a brief water shutoff to change the heater valve. Kerry was great in getting the job done. There was a slight challenge in getting the water to completely shut off but Kerry managed to get the valve changed anyway. Kerry cleaned up the closet space nicely before installing the new heater. He explained about yearly maintenance and how the anode rod should be changed every five years. He made sure that we had hot water before leaving. Very pleased with the service and would recommend Steve’s Plumbing.

Cory B. came out for a scheduled appointment to add new washer hot/cold shutoff valves. Before leaving, I asked his opinion on my 20-yr old water heater. He gave me his professional opinion and he installed a new water heater the same day. Yes, the x2 plumbing issues were expensive, but Cory was able to provide a cost analysis prior to any work being done. Cory absolutely did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more happier with him and Steve’s Plumbing services. Thanks for taking care of your customers!
