Overprice, backpedaled on the information he gave me in person versus paperwork.Unresponsive in emails, definitely will not use. stay away from this company. almost five hundred dollars to unclog a pipe. ripped off .other places it 75-240

Ray, Dylan, Kenneth, and Oscar came to install a heating and cooling unit into our home and were all very professional and efficient. After the installation Ray went over the features of the unit with me to make sure I understood how to use it. Very highly recommend Straight Shooter!
