Sunny’s staff are a breath of fresh air. I had Joseph help me with ordering a Cambridge Audio receiver they did not have in stock, and let me know the expected timelines. I’ve been into CDs lately so it is nice to get one from the same brand on sale. It helps to notify them ahead of visiting so that they can look into what you need before you arrive. Friendliest and most pleasant staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with.

Extremely poor service. This store is stuck in the Stone Age. They make you work hard for their business when you are the customer. They are only interested in local business. They do not enjoy shipping their products. They would prefer you pick up the products from the product distributor. They essentially do not want to accommodate their own transaction. They do not want to earn your business and they also do not care if you are a repeat customer. This store has been around for awhile but they really should close their doors. This is a tired business with a tired business owner who should retire and give up. If you enjoy dealing with a store that is tired of doing business, will provide you with the worst possible service and charge you an uncompetitive price - look no further - torture yourself and shop here. Reply: Stephen, my location has nothing to do with the poor service you provided. We have done business before and my location has never been an issue. You simply don’t provide good service or competitive prices anymore. You lost your touch and your are out of touch with the times. I bought what I needed elsewhere and it was not from Amazon. There’s no excuse for your behaviour. Customers deserve better and do not deserve your poor service.

Having read wonderful reviews about service at the store, I am delighted to report equally marvelous and personable service online and via phone calls. This is a trustworthy company which I am so pleased I found. They had a brand new version of an old model impossible to find Panasonic phone I had come to depend upon for years and years. Joseph charged the battery and tested the phone before mailing it. I received an email when it was shipped and a even a follow-up email from Joseph checking that I had indeed received it. Very impressive. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Sunny Electronics in person or online.
