I have been dealing with this phone repair shop for years. I would be very surprised to hear of anyone having an unsatisfactory experience with this company, as I have time and time again found these guys to be incredibly reliable and honest. I am very hard on my iPhone 15; each time a new issue arises I am confident that I can drop off my phone at Cellfixx and have the issue remedied within a reasonable time at a reasonable price. By coincidence, I independently sold an old iPhone to Riz (who you will find at the Fraser St. location) - he offered me the best price for my phone compared to other stores and independent buyers and was all around fantastic to deal with via facebook marketplace. All in all I give these guys a 10/10 for customer experience and product quality and I will never take my phone anywhere else.

I recently had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen and battery replaced here after cracking the screen. My battery was at 82% health with almost 900 cycles, so it was time for a refresh too. I called ahead and spoke with Riz, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable over the phone. He gave me a clear quote (OLED screen $240 and aftermarket battery $55, plus tax, call for an updated quote on your device). Riz explained the options thoroughly, which convinced me to drive across town to their store instead of going somewhere closer to home. In store, the customer service was top notch. Friendly, efficient, and they started working on my phone right away. I opted for the OLED screen (not a cheaper aftermarket option), and it looks and feels brand new. Colors are vibrant, touch is responsive, smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and everything works perfectly, including Face ID. The repair was done quickly, and the total came to $285 + tax. They also provide a 6 month warranty with no physical or water damage exclusions noted. It's only been a short time since the repair, so I can't comment on long term performance yet, but initial quality is outstanding. If anything comes up, I'm confident they'll honor the warranty and I'll update my review if needed. Thanks to Riz and the team for the great experience! This has extended the life of my iPhone 15 Pro Max for another couple of years easily. Definitely my go to spot for phone repairs in Vancouver now.

I was initially pleased with the quick and affordable service here for my phone screen repair. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. A short time after the repair, the new screen began to malfunction. It constantly freezes, registers phantom touches, and opens apps by itself. The phone is now more of a problem than it was before. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the replacement part and wouldn't recommend it.

I just went there to inquire, but I ended up buying because the seller gave me a great deal with the accessories. They were very kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their shop because they’re accommodating and easy to deal with.
