This store is well-stocked and they are always happy to order something for you if they don't have it in store. I especially appreciate that they deliver for free within 5(?) miles. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and I especially want to shout out Christian, who went out of his way to help me load a large bag of dog food into my car that was parked away from their lot. Never had a bad experience here!

First time I was satisfied. Staff was kind. Although the boarding space is extremely small my dogs were ok. Second time my problem started. My dogs are from Europe so they have the European passport with the vaccinations. Of course the date of the vaccinations is in another order: day/month/year, not like in the USA , which is month/day/year. The owner said some of the vaccinations are expired., He did not seem to understand the difference. When I wanted to reserve a spot later he asked for the vaccinations again. I said the passport is not in front of me , I asked him to give me a few secs to get it. Then he put the phone on me. This was extremely rude. The place is pretty , full of pricey stuff, for rich costumers. I understand I don’t have to go there, but I expect the same behavior as other customers get. So I found another place..

Love all of the Tailwaggers locations! Todd and the staff really care and the selection is great. But my favorite thing about Tailwaggers is watching the neighborhood dogs pull their parents into the store - they know the routine, jump on the treat step and you’re going to get immediate service. Haha! And our rescue (LAAR.org) is there every Sunday for dog adoptions! Cats are inside the back of the store every Sunday too - through Cats At The Studios.

This pet store is a fantastic find! Located on a busy shopping street with lots of nearby stores and restaurants, it’s super convenient, especially with its own designated parking lot. The staff here are always friendly and attentive, making sure both you and your pet feel welcome. The store has an impressive selection of treats and plenty of toys to suit different dog personalities, so there’s something for every type of pup. They carry a range of quality pet food brands, and there’s even a designated fridge for frozen bones, which is a nice touch. Highly recommended for all pet owners!

Edit: The owner got in touch with me and offered to fix the issue. The second grooming was great and I appreciated the apology and action. Apparently the first groomer was not experienced. They charged me $170 + tip for the worst grooming job I’ve ever seen on a poodle. His head was uneven and there were even still mats hidden under his ear. His feet weren’t groomed at all and I don’t know what they did to the inside of his leg but it makes no sense. This is deeply unprofessional and disappointing.
