0/5 stars if I could put that. DONT GO HERE. Prices are too high, service is not fast, and they don’t care if they damage your car. They have no respect for you as a customer. Read on if you need proof. I went on Christmas Eve for an oil change and the next day when I was on the highway every time I went over a bump I could hear a scraping sound. I drove to and from frisco with more and more damage being done each bump I went over. When I was able to look I could see the skid plate wasn’t fastened to my car good enough after service. I went back the next day and told them about the issue. The same person from before ushered me into the shop. Tinkered for a good 10-15 minutes and said I was good to go. I trusted that they fixed what they messed up and drove off. I was headed out of town that day so needed my car drivable. I stopped to get gas and peered under my car— there “fix” was using zip ties to fasten the plate to my car. I would have appreciated some ownership in their mistake and some honestly when they acted like they fixed the issue that THEY caused. Instead, they sent me off with me having to now go somewhere else to fix something they are responsible for. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but after that experience I have to. This was an infuriating and disappointing experience. I understand that the mistake of the skip plate coming loose could have happened anywhere, but the way this was handled with no respect makes me regret ever giving this specific store my business in the first place. Please do better.

I've been here a few times. This time was great, super professional, very up front about what needed done on my car. The previous time they jacked up the protector underneath my car. They had me pull forward saying I could leave then had me back up not explaining why. Since then the under portion of my car has not sat right.

Don’t come here!!!!!! 5min oil change, more like 5 hours! Sat here for at least 4 hours to get an oil changed. Ended up paying them tons of money for it and they were rude as well. Then they told me I need to get a part for $140, I decided to go to my mechanic and nothing is wrong with my car. Nothing had to get replaced. There was nothing wrong!!! All they want is money!!! Don’t go here! And before u give them money, make sure to get a second opinion. Trust me! Never going here or to any of these take 5 places again!! And when u try to call them, no answer because they don’t have a phone set up!!!

We went there around 5, but the line looked long so we left and came back around 6:30. We ended up leaving the place around 8:15. I can’t say I enjoyed waiting that long for a simple oil change with only two cars ahead of us, but that didn’t really ruin my experience. However, while the guys were servicing the car, one of the techs could not stop complaining about the how complicated working on my car was to his friend. They had to unscrew the metal coverings and such. Since the windows were wide open and heard all of it, we felt pretty uncomfortable sitting through that. I understand that they had to stay a little bit after their regular hours ( 15 minutes after 8) but we were in line since 6:30. And the small passive comments did not stop until it was time for us to go. * Aside from that, the main guy greeting us was great and very helpful. But if I’m paying for a service, not getting it for free, I rather not hear “these cars should be on do not serve lists” or “ who even makes these.”

I don’t think I’ll be coming back. This isn’t the cheapest place to get an oil change —I come for the convenience and not the price and for the usually great customer service . They told me 30-35 minutes and it took almost 2 hours from wait time to completion . I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area and feel like they either have new people or are short staffed however , I likely will not return especially since I tried to come the day before and left due to wait times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time and returned the next day but it apparently was just as bad . Since I pay for convenience and getting things done quickly and efficiently I will either try somewhere new altogether or perhaps a different location is better . They did end up giving me a discount and were overall pleasant which is why I still give the stars that I did .
