The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded all of our expectations. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and served on time. The staff was incredibly professional, accommodating, and attentive from start to finish. They made sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress. A huge thank you to the chef/owners!

It was a pleasure to have Taza Bistro cater our celebration. The entire team greatly enjoyed the delicious spread! The bacon wrapped dates were a fabulous explosion of flavor packed into a bite that gave the team a wonderful foreshadow and very excited for the main course. The cucumber canapes with smoked salmon were the perfect freshness to accompany the rich flavors of tender chicken and melt in your mouth beef spareribs, perfectly roasted baby potatoes and broccoli bursting with flavors of rosemary and garlic, and the fresh pear pistachio salad with the delightful lemon dressing gave it the perfect balance. The chocolate bonbons were a huge hit and were the perfect bite of sweetness for dessert. We received many compliments! Sandra and Nick did a great job at adjusting and got everything set up and ready before our guests began arriving, paying close attention to detail, and ensuring our requests were met. The heating technology used kept our food hot and enjoyable even after everyone had their fill and made clean up a breeze! We look forward to having Taza Bistro at Scottsdale Spectrum in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Sandra for our Women’s Empowerment Retreat in Mesa, Arizona, and it was an excellent decision. From the outset, she was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with, ensuring that we fully understood her offerings. Her preparation was impeccable, and she delivered on time without any issues. The group thoroughly enjoyed both dinners, with many attendees expressing a desire for more. Chef Sandra's Mediterranean menu was a highlight, particularly her exquisite salmon, quinoa, and asparagus dish, which stood out as a personal favorite of mine. One attendee remarked that it was her first experience being served by a professional chef, underscoring the special nature of the occasion. Chef Sandra's flavor profiles are exceptional, showcasing her culinary expertise and creativity. I only wish we could engage her for our other retreat locations. Without a doubt, I will be reaching out to Chef Sandra again for future events. Highly recommended!

We are from more than 25 miles away. We chose Taaza based cuisine and excellent reviews. We were rewarded with a wonderful meal - Beyond Gyro & Cairo plate. Wonderful. Sondra was so personable that she enhanced our experience.

Outstanding is the one word I would use to describe our dining experience at Taza Bistro. One of the better restaurant meals we have ever had and I would give it 10 stars if it were an option. My wife and I were visiting from SoCal for our anniversary and decided to go Mediterranean one night while we were in Phoenix. Sondra was a gracious hostess and her attention to detail throughout the meal was superb. The meal was prepared from scratch from homemade recipes and well worth the wait (Europeans will understand what I am talking about). We both had the Caesar Salad and the slow cooked Salmon done in a garlic wine sauce(photos enclosed). Whether you live in Phoenix or are just visiting, this is one restaurant that should be on your to go list.
