Outstanding service and kindness! I had an issue with my iPhone being locked and couldn’t get it to open. I first went to the AT&T store, but they weren’t able to help and referred me to Tech Hospital. I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They understood the problem right away and took care of it immediately. What impressed me the most was not only how knowledgeable they were, but also how generous—they didn’t charge me at all. It’s rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with genuine kindness and integrity. Great experience here, Zach was very helpful. My screen order took a day or so to come in and Zach let me use a usb with a mouse so I could still use my phone during the time I waited for the replacement. Great customer service!
First time getting a repair done and everything went great. Sabrina was really helpful and kind. My PS5 controller R2 button is back and as good as new.
