Hey guys! I don’t know where to start. In short I purchased an Onkyo PR-SC5530 from a gentleman in New Smyrna Beach, FL. On the way back I stopped in Palm Coast to pick up an amplifier (NAD 2200 in need of repair). I got both units home and decided to plug them up to see how bad the amplifier was and found that the processor didn’t put out any sound. I was upset, because of the price I decided to have it diagnosed/repaired by a local reputable repair shop. I got a text a few days later stating they couldn’t fix it. I was sorely disappointed. The amplifier (NAD 2200) was repaired but with the original problem present again. I remembered that someone told me about this company. I dropped it off. Customer service was good. But what was MORE was the turnaround time! THEN the price!! To add to that they demonstrated the problem had been fixed!!! I was (and still am) grinning from ear to ear! I HIGHLY recommend these folks. All of my equipment will be going to these folks in the future. I’m a 32 year automotive technician, and it’s so refreshing to see someone who knows how to diagnose and repair a faulty component.

Very professional and great customer service. I had an issue with my headphone jack on my Denon dj board sc live4 brought it to the them and it was repaired in 3 days. Now it works like brand new again. If I ever have problems in the future I will be going here. Very happy.

My ps5 was completely off, only beeped once and had no lights. I replaced the power supply and that didn't work. Took it to ubreakifix and they said it was unrepairable, that the repairs would cost more than a new ps5. Took it here and they got it fixed in just 2 days. I was so impressed and the people that worked there are so friendly and helpful. My ps5 turns on and I can play again. The price was also super reasonable, under $200, which isnt the cost of a new ps5. I almost cried right there.

Brought my PS5 in with a broken motherboard and they did a fantastic job for a good price. Not to mention the repair took no time at all compared to other options. So if you're looking for a good local repair shop in Jacksonville, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Recent name change same great service! Very good, small, locally run business that specializes in fixing electronics such as TV's, phones and game consoles. Had my playstation 4 repaired with same day service and was extremely satisfied. Centrally located in Regency, this is a great place to have your electronics fixed at a reasonable price. They guarantee the work and do a thorough job. It is kind of hard to find because it is located in a suite on the back right corner of the third row of suites. Good folks here and I will recommend them to everyone who needs repairs. Knowledgeable and fast!
