As of now I have tried Quarto, Gusto and Goccia d'Oro. They are all making out of the ordinary, superb espresso. Quarto has more of a classic italian vibe to it with it's added robusta, huge crema but still very balance and would cut through milk easily but still smooth enough to drink as an espresso. Goccia even more balanced, nothing that sticks out but yet it has everything you could look for in a great espresso blend. Lastly, Gusto is more on the juicy side but doesn't get too far away from a classic espresso blend and we are still far from citrusy acidic bombs that I tend to stay away from. All these are roasted to perfection, nothing taste burnt and nothing taste like a lemon. Don't know why it took so long for me to discover this brand but it easily takes a spot in my top 3 of all time.

Discovered Terra Café by chance when driving through the area. As a frequent visitor to Montreal, I can see Terra becoming a “must” go every time I’m in town. I tried the Goccia D’Oro (excellent!) and am planning to place a custom order before heading back to Ontario. If you’re a coffee lover/connoisseur treat yourself and go to Terra!

I always buy coffee from this shop every time I go back to Japan to visit my family. They always ask me to bring this coffee from Montreal because they absolutely love it. The flavored coffee is especially amazing, unique, rich, and something you can’t easily find in Japan, but all of their other coffees are excellent as well. I’ve visited the shop several times to pick up my orders, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. This coffee shop is highly recommended!

Terra was the only one I ever said "Wow this is REALLY good" to my first sip of their latté. I've even gone to cafés that I knew Terra supplied the roasted coffees to have that satisfaction of that first sip to start the day off right. 😄 I always admired the value they put towards having direct connections to the farms and their dedication to the craft. 100% recommend!

Wide variety of coffee beans! The cash lady was super nice and helpful. I bought a freshly roasted vigoroso bag and this suited my taste. No sourness at all. Makes delicious flat whites and lattes. The only downside is that the bags on the shelves don't have a roasting date ? Although my bag did but that's because the lady went inside to get one since there were no more on the shelves. Will come back to explore other beans and flavor profiles.
