Great place, they have bands, theatre, plays, art and clothing... Great owner also! Heathens Blood has a studio there and they are great musicians and the guys in the band are all such AMAZING men!

The atmosphere at this studio is so incredible. I feel alive in this place. Creative minds need space & other like-minded people such as themselves. The freeway energy with random warmups being done by bands stirs my spirit. It makes me smile just thinking of it. Very uncozy inside but mentally stimulating nonetheless. It's supposed to be just the way it is. Nothing more. Nothing less.
