The owner is a very kind man who was incredibly responsive and professional. I messaged on Yelp for a quote for a potential water damage problem. When I came in I was ready to pay the diagnostic fee but the owner took an initial look at my computer by opening it up and actually discovered it was an issue with my charging block all within 5 minutes. He did not charge me for it and even offered to charge it at his shop for some time since I did not have a means to charge it at home with a broken block.
Friendly, effective same-day service. The owner was super pleasant and patient as he walked me through what was happening with my wife's laptop. After he fixed it, he walked me through what to do if it happened again — totally solved my problem. He'll definitely be my go-to next time I have an issue.
This Company is THE BEST! The owner is so friendly, and has the CHEAPEST Bench Price IN TOWN! I jad a problem with my pc not showing on my display. He reseated everything and got it fixed without me having to spend anything more than the diagnostic price of $60. Afterwards I had an issue, and I called him. He let me sens him pictures of the issue, and knew exactly what the problem was. If you have a computer problem in the greater New Orleans area, this is THE PLACE to go to! I HIGHLY recommend The Computer Geeks for your computer repair.
