I can't praise this company enough. We used them years ago for some evap coil repairs and back then they were honest, reasonable, and did great work. When we needed a full system replaced, I reached out again. Reece came by and was awesome - kind, efficient, didn't upsell us on anything, listened to what we wanted, and quoted us a very fair price. 2 days later Hugo and Caleb came out and these guys crushed it - also super friendly, fast, the install really looks amazing (seriously I kinda just wanna take a beer in the attic and stare at it for a while in my best Hank Hill mode), they did great quality work. The Coolest is a great example of a company that despite growth cares a lot about quality, is super reasonable and doesn't push anything towards the customer they don't need which honestly is kinda hard to find in this space. Anyway, highly recommend!

Dagan and Carlos were able to come out extremely quickly to handle a time-sensitive issue at one of our rental properties. They were able to ID the issue and fix it up no problem. Full transparency on what the issue was and how they resolved it. 10/10 would recommend them!

I had The Coolest LLC come out to check an odor coming from my HVAC system. They quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was going on. The technician was friendly, informative, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing. The price was fair, and I felt comfortable with their recommendations. I was impressed enough to sign up for their twice-yearly maintenance plan to keep my unit running well. I highly recommend The Coolest LLC.

Good team of well informed advisors and technicians. Dagan and Reece were great to work with when figuring out what solutions would fit me best. Rigo, Caleb and Carlos were great with the installs. Between my home, my ADU and my rental property, they were experts with every kind of system, from high-end variable to minisplits. I felt like I was in good hands, would def recommend.

My AC went down, and I was really scared because it was pretty old. I didn’t want that to be the excuse for a sales guy to push me into buying a new system I might not need. The first company I called was The Coolest, and I have to say—it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The dispatcher was very kind and understanding, the technician was respectful and left everything clean, and the Sales Manager, Reece, impressed me with his deep knowledge of HVAC systems. His low-pressure, honest approach helped me feel confident in deciding to replace my old unit with an amazing new system for me and my family. Plus, he even spoke a bit of Spanish with us, which made the experience feel more personal. I’m so thankful that we have AC again! I highly recommend The Coolest for their professionalism, kindness, and quality work. UPDATE: It’s been almost two months with my new AC, and I’m loving it! ❤️ My home feels so much cooler and less humid, and my energy bills are way lower. The team at The Coolest was super helpful and even got me a city rebate. Everything was easy and stress-free. Couldn’t be happier with my new AC. I highly recommend them!
