Cindy and Rob are terrific! Great selection of carpet and hard floor options. We went with a Shaw carpet in our 22 year old house and we love the result! We also had vinyl installed in bathrooms and the results are fantastic. Rob, Cindy and their crew are pros, easy to work with and fast. Carpet and vinyl was done in two days.

I only use Butler Floors as both a designer and customer for my Austin projects and own home because Cindy and Rob are SO easy to work with and provide amazing pricing and installs. For example, there's a seam running through the middle of the looped carpet in this living room, but the installers did such a fantastic job you can't even see it up close! Highly recommend Butler Floors for any carpet and wood floors needs.

Cindy couldn't have done a better job matching a vinyl flooring option with my current "wood" tile, when matching flooring can be very difficult to do. The flooring actually looks even MORE similar in person, the photos change up color the slightest bit. The entire team was lovely to work with. They got job done faster than I had expected, and everything looks and feels amazing. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend!!! :)

Rob and Cindy were a pleasure to work with. We never visited the showroom and instead just had them send us samples. This was fantastic because then we got to “live” with the different samples and really decide what we liked. They have a no pressure approach which is very refreshing in this marketplace. Their installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an absolutely fabulous job. Our stair carpet was harder to install due to the pattern and their installer took the time to cut and match the pattern perfectly. We love our new stair carpet and recommend Butler Floors 100%!

Cindy and Rob Butler, of Butler Floors, were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough with installing new floors throughout our entire house. We highly recommend them and their crew for any flooring needs! We went from worn-out, decades old tile to AMAZING LVF in the majority of the house. We also carpeted the bedrooms and the two flooring options complement each other beautifully. Cindy listened to what we needed/wanted, and picked just the right options from their amazing showroom! Rob injected humor and calm when we were nervous about this, for us, very daunting undertaking! We can't say enough of the crew's professionalism, extreme attention to details, patience with questions, and wonderful work ethic! Thank you to each and every one of you; you all worked so hard to bring our house up-to-date in such a beautiful way!! When we finish painting the house, will post pictures of the final make-over!
