Five-Star Experience with The Flooring Station Lakeside Church once again turned to Tracy at The Flooring Station, and they continue to exceeded our expectations. Her deep knowledge of flooring, paired with outstanding customer service and follow-through, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the initial measurement with Bill to the expert installation by Lillian Rosco, every step was handled with professionalism and care. They had to level a floor that was in bad shape. From setting up having my house estimated to picking out flooring, the customer service was top notch. I had a difficult time making up my mind, but Tracy was so patient with me and had me bring in one of my cabinet doors to find the flooring that matched well! The installation team worked hard to get the install done in 3 days! I couldn't be happier! Pictures are unfinished work, but shows progress.

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience using the flooring station for our project. Tracy patiently guided us and helped ease our concerns on everything from material to design concerns, especially the stairs as we were contemplating using laminate as opposed to carpet. We’re so glad the stairs were done with laminate and are very pleased with the craftsmanship and skill of the contractors. We had previously had an independent contractor do our downstairs using luxury vinyl plank that came apart after a year. I’ve learned my lesson to use professionals. These people are definitely on the mark!

This was the best customer service experience I think I've ever had. We started looking for new flooring right before the July 4 holiday weekend. Gregg Sessa called us back almost immediately and Bill, one of his measurement guys actually came out on July 5. It was so quick and I was pleasantly surprised as only 1 of the other 5 companies we asked for quotes even replied. Gregg stayed in constant contact via phone and text making sure everything went smoothly. He helped us navigate the installation of the flooring, recommended products and spent a lot of personalized time with me in their showroom making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was always easy to contact with a question which is so appreciated. Cost wise from the research I did, The Flooring Station was right in line with the other companies, and perhaps a little less actually. The floor installers got everything done in 4 days, then spent 1 more day with us for a last minute request to replace baseboards. Gregg helped coordinate that as well. They also checked with us frequently throughout installation to make sure everything was being done exactly how we wanted it. Finally, Gregg even had a painter recommendation to come paint the baseboards for us. Lastly, when I told a co-worker about the project she said she and her spouse had also used The Flooring Station years ago and LOVED their new flooring. See photos below. I don't have before pics but just picture nasty light beige carpeting with ragged areas, a couple of holes and pet stains everywhere. It was terrible. The result is gorgeous. Pardon my cat but had to include this picture because he is laying on the lower floor, where we did NOT have flooring replaced. You can see the color match is perfect. Gregg and the Flooring Station staff thank you so much!

We had our new floors installed 2 weeks ago and we absolutely love them. Greg and his team of measurers and installers were amazing. The whole crew took amazing care of our home, our furniture, and even made sure to help us keep the kittens out of trouble while they were working. I highly recommend working with The Flooring Station in Gold River. Great price, great product and great service.
