I am a long time customer of the Little Bird but I will no longer shop there or consign my items there. I went in to consign 3 items on a Friday. The woman behind the counter would not accept my items because I did not have an appointment. She was rude and not at all interested in helping me despite the fact that the shop was empty. I have spent thousands of dollars there and was shocked at how unaccommodating and smug the woman was. Totally disappointing.

This place is GOLD!!!! It's an intimate shopping experience filled with high-end luxury brands of old and new pieces. The boutique's esthetic is equivalent to any fashion house or name brand store. The sales associates are very knowledgable about the merchandise and very attentive to your needs without riding your back. Consigning with the store is fast, straightforward, and simple. I've shopped with The Little Bird at every location in Houston for 10+ years, and I will continue practicing my sustainability efforts by continuing to shop with them!

Very rude customer service better off going to the real real or other consignment shops where customers are prioritized. If you plan to want to come here before or after going to Pilates they will refuse your service. I was Threatened to be towed the moment I stepped but shortly after someone not shopping there (after I did) was allowed to park there.

The moment I got out of my car 2 middle aged women came out to say “we tow” I walked In and felt very hostile I asked to buy a merchandise and they refused and stated I couldnt Park there because I wanted To go to Pilates next door after. The signs say reserved for customer but I think It’s just reserved for certain people they choose. Based off past negative reviews customer service needs improvement.

At The Little Bird omg 😱 Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. This store sells second-hand bags at outrageously high prices, but the quality does not match the cost. I paid over $1,000 for a purse that turned out to be old, worn, and in very poor condition. What makes it worse is that I was never told there were no returns or exchanges. That information conveniently came after the purchase. Completely unacceptable, especially for a store presenting itself as high-end. Don’t be fooled by the name or the display. You are paying luxury prices for tired, outdated items. Please shop elsewhere and save yourself the regret. Never again. I will never return and strongly warn others to stay away.
